Following their sell-out performances of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, the Imperial Russian Ballet Company return to Australia. This diverse and stunning programme in three awe-inspiring acts is proudly presented by Russian Ballet Ltd.

The Imperial Russian Ballet Company have performed this three-hour ballet extravaganza all around the world, thrilling audiences and impressing critics. This stunning and diverse programme consists of an eclectic mix ranging from the magnificent Don Quixote and the dramatic Bolero.

The Imperial Russian Ballet Company was formed in 1994 by the Bolshoi Theatre soloist, Gediminas Taranda

ACT 1 - Don Quixote – 60 minutes
Don Quixote, a retired gentleman travels the roads of Spain searching for glory and grand adventure.

Intermission – 20 minutes

ACT 2 - Bolero – 20 minutes
Bolero is a striking and dramatic ballet and is regarded as one of world music’s masterpieces.

Intermission – 15 minutes

ACT 3 - Highlights from the world's great ballets - 45 minutes total
• Light Cavalry (3 minutes 30 second)
• Russian Dance from Swan Lake (5 minutes)
• Le Corsaire (pas de deux) (8 minutes)
• Jazz Suite (4 minutes)
• Dying Swan (4 minutes)
• Runaway (4 minutes)
• Gopak (Taras Bulba) (1 minute 10 seconds)
• Giselle(9 minutes 20 seconds)
• Can Can Surprize (6 minutes)
