The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre is a Ticketmaster Box Office located at Reception.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, and 1 hour prior to each performance.

Disabled Access and Facilities
The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre is disability friendly and has wheelchair access to the Brenton Langbein Theatre, the Eckermann Theatre and Foyer. There is no wheelchair acces upstairs in The Balcony. Toilet facilities are also available. Please advise our Box Office Staff of your requirements when making your booking.
The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre supports the Companion Card Scheme, allowing a person with a disability, that is a Companion Card member, to purchase a ticket for themselves and recieve a second ticket for their companion at no charge, to any performance held in at Barossa Arts & Convention Centre.
Car Parking is conveniently located at the Barossa Arts & Convention Centre.Performance Start Times The starting time will be printed on your ticket and you should arrive at least 15 – 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please note: The Bar opens one hour prior to every performance.
As you will be attending a live performance, you may not be admitted until there is a suitable break.
All mobile phones must be turned off before entering the Auditorium. If you are on call you may leave your phone on silent, however, if you need to answer a call please leave the Auditorium.
The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre is a smoke free venue.
