Tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster website or Barossa Arts and Convention Centre Box Office Only.
Please follow the prompts on our coming events page or go direct to each event page and follow the link from there.
Online purchases will give you next available seats or choose from the seating map (if available)
All tickets are sold subject to Ticketmaster Conditions.
Ticketmaster Purchase Policy
*Ticket Fee: Ticket Prices shown include GST. Online bookings inclide a 1.95% infastructure charge. A $4.95 postage and handling fee will be added to the total of your order for online and phone bookings.
PLEASE NOTE: A postage and handling fee of $4.95 will apply to all phone orders from 1st January 2019. Phone orders can be collected from the box office, saving the postage and handling fee.
Please check your tickets. Ticketmaster advises that to ensure customer satisfaction patrons Must check their tickets upon receipt. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted once the purchase process is complete.
Children 3 years and over will need a ticket.
Barossa Arts and Convention Centre Friend tickets cannot be purchased online, please phone the box office on 08 8561 4299 for assistance.
Disabled Access and Facilities
The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre is disability friendly and has wheelchair access to the Brenton Langbein Theatre, the Eckermann Theatre and Foyer. There is no wheelchair acces upstairs in The Balcony. Toilet facilities are also available. Please advise our Box Office Staff of your requirements when making your booking.
The Barossa Arts & Convention Centre supports the Companion Card Scheme, allowing a person with a disability, that is a Companion Card member, to purchase a ticket for themselves and recieve a second ticket for their companion at no charge, to any performance held in at Barossa Arts & Convention Centre.
